The funny thing about doctors is that they can somehow possess theoretical knowledge without having any actual understanding of / practice in dealing with these matters. Some of the most insensitive and absurdly insulting people I’ve ever met tbh.

You know, half my family actually works with healthcare and my cousin, who is an occupational therapist, is constantly horrified at how bad doctors are with people. If they’re not arrogant as all gets out, they’re super clinical and forget their patients are actually human, I swear.
